Who am I?

Hi, I’m Melissa. I am a professional wellness and health blogger and coach.

I specialize in helping women empower themselves and discover the strength they have in and out. I am determined to help you start your fitness journey.

I am a certified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Yin, and Pelvic Floor Yoga. During my journey, I used personal growth to be the person that I am today, I also got certified as a holistic life coach, health blogger and meditation practitioner.

I received a diploma in graphic design and what better way to join writing, health and design than to create printables to help people? I created an Etsy Store to sell my printables that relate to yoga, motherhood and health.

I have spent too many years not being who I wanted and I always was trying to please everyone else. Unfortunately, this lifestyle was not sustainable anymore and I had to make a change.

Certification and More

I am a registered Yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. I am a certified Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours, as well as certified with a continued education background in Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, Women’s Pelvic Health Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. I am an accredited Meditation Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach. Currently studying to be a business life coach and continuing my yoga teacher training for 300 hours.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

I completed my 200-hour Multi-Style training with Yoga Renew in 2021, I have been offering private classes, virtual or in-person and for small groups since. I am currently enrolled in my 300-hour with Bodsphere.

I have included various specialties from Kids Yoga (12 and up), Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Pelvic Health Yoga and Hatha for beginners. I am both a Meditation Practitioner and a Pranayama Practitioner. Incorporating mindfulness, breath and guided meditation in my classes as well as meditation.

My classes are made to create a safe environment for my student, offering them a place to build their mobility and strength at their own pace.
